Owner of Barrows Guitars, Scott Barrows has been a guitar player and enthusiast for more than 55 years. Playing both as an amateur and professionally, Scott knows how guitars should play and feel.

Scott began working on guitars starting with his own collection. “I’ve had dozens of guitars over the years and have realized that maintenance and periodic repairs are not only vitally important, but something that most people just don’t have time or experience for or don’t have the time to learn. For the most part, guitar maintenance and setups are something that should happen at least twice per year. Many factors can affect a guitar’s playability, such as weather changes, home temperatures and humidity, playing styles, and general upkeep.”

“I handle all guitars as if they were my own. That means handling them with kid gloves, attending to every detail, and listening to my clients’ wants and needs. As a result, you can expect your guitar to be treated with the utmost respect, care, and patience.”
